Free Shipping By Set Date! Many of you ask why we have to charge shipping if you do not place your order by a certain date. Do to the nature of our business we contract great rates on shipments of these really large items. However these contracts are only valid for certain periods, and we must get re-quotes when they expire. We feel that our policy is the most competitive in the outdoor sports market and are sure you will agree once you shop around.

Why don’t you offer a catalog? Simply put… Costs! If you are reading this then you found us. We can provide you with up to the minute accurate information on all of our products with our web store. Why should we invade you mailbox with catalogs and fliers when all you want is the latest greatest products at great price with fabulous customer service. We can do all of this without a catalog. If you do not feel comfortable ordering over the web you can always just give us a call!

Returns and Defectives? Any UN-OPENED (never used) item may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping fee’s on all returns including if a package is re-routed or returned due to wrong shipping information. Defective items will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer directly. Cash refunds will not be given for defective products. Please note ANY returns of opened items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% the value of the product. This fee applies to all items that we sell. We reserve the right to bill for refused shipments if prior notice was not given of canceled order.

Our Everyday Low Price Guarantee to You! We’ve heard that some of our competitors are resorting to price matching. We think that’s inherently dishonest. Many of their customers are paying more for the same item. That just doesn’t compute for us. Our goal is to offer all of you a fair and honest price everyday — not just when you call us on it. If you find a better deal somewhere else, tell us about it. Maybe we missed something or made a mistake. In either case, we’ll take another look and see if we can set that lower price for ALL our customers. We’d also like to remind you that price matching needs to cover the Delivered Price — including the shipping, tax ,etc. Many of the “deals” people write or call us about start falling apart when you look at the details and compare fairly.
